Jason Luo is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Key Safety Systems, Inc. He was named President and CEO in March 2007. Prior to his current position, Mr. Luo was President and Chief Operating Officer.   During his 11 year career with Key Safety Systems, Mr. Luo was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Asia Division, VP of Global Steering Wheel & Accessories Engineering, and prior to that position, Director of Global Engineering - Steering Wheel Division, and Director of R&D - Steering Wheel Division.  Prior to coming to Key Safety Systems in June 1997, Mr. Luo served as Engineering Manager of Eifel Mold & Engineering and prior to that, served as lead Engineer for Izumi Corp. (TRW).   Mr. Luo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, China and graduated with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo, Ohio. He attended Michigan State University and received a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (M.B.A).
